Vest Szn

If you were to tell me 5 years ago that I’d be heavily into crocheted vests in the fall of 2022, I would have thought that I would have quit the fashion blogging business all together. Like who saw this coming on their 2022 bingo card? Not me, that’s for sure. But here we are and I am living for the crochet, the knit, the vests. I currently have 3 in my collection and who knows if I will stop at three. We will spin the wheel and see where 2022 takes me and my vests.(I kinda hope my ’22 bingo card ends with Crocs as the last spot. I’m sure I’ll keep ya’ll updated.)

J.Crew, my oldest best friend and newest obsession, has this gorgeous, home-made-in-the-best-way-possible, grandma vest right now and ya’ll, I love it. It’s gonna be in the next capsule for sure, I mean it has to be this has unlimited remixing power. If the October capsule doesn’t have a vest in it, then I am not doing my job right. (That or I completely forgot the empty promises I make on here.)

Okay okay enough about my vest. Let’s talk denim. J.Crew has stepped up there denim in the last few years. It used to be so hard for me to find my size / fit in their denim but now I feel like I’m in a good rhythm and I can see which size / style is gonna fit me now. This is the full length Demi boot and I love that it’s longer. I’m so used to a crop when it comes to a demi / kick flare jean and this just makes sense especially for fall. And look! It looks cute with boots! Plus this pair has lots of stretch and it fits like a dream, high rise, zipper, WE STAN. I am in the 29. Fit is TTS!
