Remember these wide leg beauties? (They were in my capsule, too!) As it turns out I love them. I feel so good in them. Which is weird…because I’m not really into non-mom jeans. I’ve tried. I’ve tried to get behind all of the throwback trends but I really can’t. Wait, wait — this topic is a whole blog post in and of itself. *makes mental note I will surely forget about*

Shop my wide leg pants here

Back to these pants: you see they actually don’t make sense for me to like them on me. Historically,  wide leg is not my best look and also they are white. White AND wide leg?  They shouldn’t work, but somehow they do. Maybe it’s the high waist, maybe it’s magic? Either way I don’t care. I love them. They’ve got a bit of stretch however they don’t stretch out too much as you wear them.  I would say TTS, I’m in the 29 here. Find them from J.Crew here. (Also definitely a denim, not a pant!)

This sweater is so soft, I never want to take it off once I have it on. It’s lightweight, so it’s great for spring. I am in the medium and it fits TTS! Find it here. I found a similar one that’s short sleeve if you want a more spring forward look. (Find the short sleeve one here!)

Fit Details

I am in the 29 of the jeans, they fit true to size! 29 is a perfect equivalent for a size 8. I am 5’9″ for length reference. I am in the medium of the sweater, TTS with a more fitted look. I am in the 41 of the mules. Similars linked.

Monthly Capsule Wardrobe

Each month I create monthly capsules out of my favorite pieces, perfectly curated for each month.

  1. oooh these are so good. I’m all about trying new bottoms this season. My goal is to try to not reach for my denim every single day. love how you styled these

  2. I love a wide leg pant during the warmer months. I typically go for a linen option so it is cooler.
