Some of us have been shopping at J.Crew lately and it shows. Two outfit posts in a row and possibly a third coming Monday? Just fair warning, it’s gonna be a Hot Mom Autumn featuring J.Crew, you guys. I’m telling you I was super surprised by their pre-fall in such a good way. As soon as I saw this top I knew it was the prefect pre-fall / late summer transition piece to wear with my beloved denim cut offs. Also it’s very Bridgerton inspired, if I do say so myself.
So the one thing I found about this shirt to be slightly annoying is that the pleats in the middle peplum part liked to join forces and create a roll under my bra. I fixed this by pulling the top down every once in a while, but it is something I wanted to point out. Other than that, it’s a great fit and top. I’m in the medium, fit is true to size with plenty of room for your chest but tighter at the natural waist. Find this top here!
