Oh my, you made me laugh with this, I use to work retail and I would always have this same nightmare right before Black Friday. (That and customers with chainsaws. Terrifying.) Also, how fun is red hair? I just went from brown to red and it is just insanely fun. The red looks quite lovely on you, it's very flattering on your skin-tone and looks gorgeous (And good luck with Black Friday, is Black Friday or the Small Business Saturday usually busier for you and your shop?)
