I can’t believe I am using these words but…I think you might need a long denim skirt this fall. Now I personally haven’t worn a long denim skirt since 1999 — I got one at the Gap and I was the coolest thing on my 8th grade trip to Washington D.C. This skirt is giving ’99 if we are being honest. Which I’m fine with as long as it’s cool and not my English teacher in 1999. I think the slit up the front makes it more ‘cool girl revival’ and less ‘open your books to chapter three’. At least that’s what I’m telling myself.
What are your thoughts on a denim skirt for fall? I fought it when I saw it at first but now…I kinda like it you guys. Think of it as versatile as denim, I mean this top would look great with jeans ergo it looks great with this skirt. This particular one is from Madewell, fit is TTS! (I’m in the 30!) Find it here.
