This fall I’m all about the motto ‘sweet but make it grunge.’ Maybe it’s the 90s influence that I’ve been fighting so hard to ignore but this is where I land. I feel like this look is sweet but with the right amount of toughness. The lace up boots just add that *chef’s kiss* or perhaps a certain je ne sais quoi to the outfit. I am absolutely obsessed with Madewell’s boots right now (included in the sale!) so if you are looking for some for fall, this is definitely the time to shop. I’m in the 10, my typical size in these boots but I’ll link a few other favorites below too!

Since dresses are still on sale at Madewell, I thought I’d share this one too! I am in the medium, it runs TTS with a slightly looser top fit. The waist is elastic so it’s comfortable and doesn’t cling. This dress is perfect for layering a little later too because it’s a lightweight corduroy, not that thick cords of our past. You know the kind where you can’t bend your knees? This is soft with a bit of bounce to it. I would love to see this outfit layered with a Moto jacket or a blazer or the oversized denim jacket, too! Either way this dress can go straight into fall / winter with you. Find it 30% off here!

  1. Very impressed! Everything went smooth as I’ve figured out! No-hassle delivery of the Christmas Gift Baskets to UAE to the doorsteps of my aunt in UAE from the team of www. Giftjoy.ae. Edible baskets were fresh and authentic. I highly recommend the competent service of this company to anyone.

  2. Kendi, my God how beautiful you are. This dress is the icing on the cake. By flirting with the lace-up boots, it reflects both your elegance as a mature woman and your freshness as a coquettish doll. This makes me want to put a *chef’s kiss* on each of your poses.
