Have you hoped on the blue light glasses yet? If not, you definitely should. We are talking game-changer here, especially at night when I’m typically on my computer and phone. So I’m not even going to ask you if you use a screen because unless you have a friend who reads this blog to you and describes the photos, then ya — you use a screen. And if you use a screen, you need blue light glasses. They help with eye-strain and fatigue and can help with sleep, if you tend to use a device before bed. (I hate to say it but I’m guilty of this!)

This is my favorite pair from Amazon that actually comes in a a two pack for under $20! I like that there are two because I can’t be trusted and I’m always losing things. You can find these here!

  1. Totally agree. I wear mine all day and now when I look at my screens without them they are painfully bright to view. I sleep so much better since I started wearing them constantly. BTW- Love your new hair.

  2. Blue light glasses are such a lifesaver! I totally agree about the eye strain, especially at night. Since using them, my headaches have decreased a lot. Sometimes though, even with the glasses, I just need to switch off completely. When I’m feeling really fried, I find unwinding with a simple, mindless game helps – something like Drift Hunters is strangely calming. Anything to get away from spreadsheets, haha!
