Chambray and Cardi

God bless a good cardigan. We have been having hot and cold weather and you can never tell what it’s going to be lately, therefore I’ve been layering as much as I can. So cardigans have been a lifesaver for me and just a general go-to. I picked up this light grey cardigan when after I realized my love for cardigans again with last week’s post. Grey and black are two staples you just have to have. I like this one because it’s a bit lighter than the one last week and I am loving this length. If the cardigan is coming back to my closet, it’s going to be in this length. I’ll have it no other way. You can find this under $75 cardigan here!

Speaking of comebacks, who freaking knew I’d be so drawn to chambray yet again. I gave it a break for a few seasons, but I was reaching for a chambray the other day. I thought I’d sworn the chambray off but honestly, I’ve worn this top three times in the last two weeks since I’ve had it. Chambray is back baby.

I initially wanted to wear this outfit with white jeans but pregnant Kendi hid some things from current Kendi and I’ve yet to find them. I did this with a few things; I guess I organized (but not well apparently) some things when I was pregnant and I can’t find any of it. You’d think I’d leave myself some clues but nope. A scavenger hunt with no clues, this is where I leave myself. Oh but don’t worry, I’m sure I’ll find them where they aren’t supposed to be, come next fall. Right when white jeans are no longer necessary. 😉
