Just as I said that I have been drawn to color I turn around and dress in all black. I can not be trusted.
I bought this shirt at my favorite store in Austin, byGeorge, back in January. And like most of the spring things I buy in January/February I’m just getting around to wearing it. Spring retail rollouts are a cruel tease when the weather is not warm.
Just like everyone else in the world, my pin boards guide me in what I want to wear. Of course it all depends on my mood (and budget…le sigh), but today when I was peering into my closet I was drawn to dark colors again. You just can’t go wrong with a dark ensemble, even in spring. And you can never go wrong with black. That is a fashion truth.
