This happens every week: I go into Target for makeup, groceries, toilet paper. I leave Target with a new pair of shoes and I forget everything else on the list. This is why I like to grocery shop; not because I like to cook dinner and because toilet paper is essential to life. But because…. shoes.

I found this pair last night and I couldn’t get home, fall asleep and get ready fast enough today in order to wear them. But really leopard print heels — can you blame me?

  3. I don't blame you – your shoes (heck, your whole outfit!) is amazing!!! LOVE IT. and also, how do you come up with your poses?? i always feel awkward posing for fashion pics… :/ could you please reply back?!? thanks! 🙂

  4. Just bought leopard strappy wedges from there (online) yesterday. Can't wait to get them and wear them always!! God bless that store. And love the color combos in this outfit! I totally almost bought that shirt and now I'm regretting not getting it…

  5. Haha, Target'll get you every time! They actually lose money on their food sales, but they know many people will shop for other things while they're in the store, which is why they keep on with the grocery items.

I love that bag! It looks perfect for work/travel.

  6. Hehe, yup, me too… I go in for groceries and leave with cardigans, dresses, & shoes! 😉 You look so fab Kendi love the new shoes and the way that you've styled them, so beautiful!! xo

  7. Gotta love shoes<3 haha Those are gorgeous!

  8. Kendi, you crack me up. I do EXACTLY the same thing. The Hubs can't understand how I end up spending so much money at Target every week , but we still have no paper towels in the house!

  9. Ahh, girl – I am the same way with Target…it's why my husband insisted we get a RedCard so we could start getting a discount/refund on all my impulse purchases!  Love this outfit, btw – cargo pants never looked so good! 🙂

  10. Also, the first thing that crossed my mind was, "Kendi would wear these." I was so right!

  11. Killer shoes is right. I've come to the conclusion that you can wear leopard shoes with almost anything. Or yes, actually really anything.

  12. I got BR's Mad Men leopard heels last season and wear them with everything – they are SO fun! Enjoy!!! I can't wait to see you remix them in all kinds of fun ways. Your whole outfit is fabulous. 🙂

  13. love the outfit! The color of the shirt looks so good on you, and who doesn't love leopard heels?! That first photo of you is gorgeous!!

  14. I almost got those today! I ended up with teal green suede wedges instead. I already have some Leopard wedges too so I passed on these. They look great on you though!

  15. Lovely outfit! Those heels are to die for — no wonder you wanted to wear them so bad! They look really good on you, and you're so lucky to be able to pull them off, I sure can't 🙁

  16. I went to Target today to get my dad a birthday card. I got a card, pretzel M&Ms, a Diet Coke, and a pair of shoes. Hey, they were on clearance…$15!! Target actually puts crack in the air vents so that you're always convinced you need to stay there.

  17. Those heels are perfect, I love a good leopard print! And yes Target is a magical place where I always, without fail, spend more money than I meant to.

  18. LOVE them! Are they comfortable though? Sometimes it's hit and miss with stores like that.

  19. Those are gorgeous shoes. Saw them at Target on my lunch break.. Sometimes i forget that Target has some great deals.

  20. I'm convinced Target is the work of the devil.  I can't leave there without looking at pretty much everything and leaving with at least five things I didn't know I needed.

  21. I saw those shoes today at Target and told my husband, "Oh, Kendi got these," as I had seen them on Instagram. He proceeded to stare blankly at me and ask who Kendi was.

Offended, I stammered, "The girl whose clothes I'm always showing you on the internet!"

  22. I have those shoes & love them! What size is your top? Does Zara run small? I want to order it! Thanks!!

  26. I love those shoes! Unfortunately Australian target isn't like what you describe… it's more the place you go to get plus size t shirts and discount old lady bras…

  27. SO fun – love the khaki and coral combo.

target is coming to canada next year! this means trouble! 🙂

  34. Oh my goodness, I'm the same way! I go into Target for toothpaste and I end up spending $75!

  35. I have seen those in Target and thought they looked a little hooker-y. But you really toned them down and made them look pretty and classy! This is why I love your blog! 🙂

  36. Those are some fabulous looking shoes and you paired them well with your outfit.  There aren't any reviews of them yet on the Target site…. how did they wear?

  37. ME too!!! Every time I go in Target I leave with shoes, sometimes more than 1 pair!! You look great!

  41. Fantastic shoes!

We don't have Target here in Canada – yet. I've heard rumours that they may be opening stores next year – sure hope so!

  42. oh I LURVE those shoes! A perfect summer to fall transition. I'd glady sacrifice about 3-5 toes to wear those around this year. Not 6 though. 🙂

    You look adorable!

  43. I can't blame you at all…they are killer…and besides, I'd be a hypocrite. I went home with leopard loafers last time I went to Target 🙂

  44. Oh man, Target is SUCH a black hole. I always come out slightly disoriented with several things I don't need. But those shoes are hot! Definitely as important as toilet paper.

  45. I love Target! Go in for tissue and soap, and leave with a hot pair of leopard pumps! I love the heels!

  46. Such a great look! Love the contrast of colors, and then the pop of leopard. its flawless!

  47. I love that bag.  The one you linked to looks much larger and of a different color.  Is that really the same bag?

  48. I love the color combination! The leopard heels look great with this outfit. 🙂

  49. HA! I totally feel ya on the "getting stuck" buying shoes at Target (which is the best stuck I know of. I think I have the sister heels of those in magenta, definitely cute, not the most comfortable, but you look fierce!

    perfectly priya

  50. I have a pair of leapord print heels from Naturalizer (on sale $20) and they are slightly metallic. I love wearing them! Thanks for this inspiration…. I have a similar pink shirt and look forward to pairing it with my heels 🙂

  51. I was wondering the same thing!  It is the same bag but I think this one is in Arabian Spice: http://www.etsy.com/transaction/84123184
