My friends — I’ve got a very robust WIWLW-ish for you this week. Because I’ve been very good at taking selfies but not so good at doing these posts every week. So I’ve got a whopping 13 outfits for you here! I tried to keep it in chronological order as best I could remember, but the funny thing is you can see how the weather got gradually warmer over the last two weeks, as I slowly swap out my sweaters and pants. Side note — lot of these items are now on sale because of the MDW sales going on! I’ll try to denote which ones are now on sale.

If I had to IMPLORE you to buy something it would be this top! This is the Gap Oversized Button Down and I have worn and worn it. It’s the perfect oversized button down and I do NOT say that lightly. I have not been able to find a crisp — but not stiff — oversized — but not giant — button down. And then I fell into the Gap and found this one ON SALE! It’s like so cheap now it would be stupid to not buy it. I’m in the medium, fit is perfectly oversized. Find it here!
I am in the medium of the quince shorts! These are the high waisted ones and I like them because they’re a bit longer overall. Fit is TTS and the waistband doesn’t roll. Hallelujah! Find them here.

This is literally one of those ‘just toss anything on and go’ outfits. I can’t even remember where or why I was going but I tossed on this now sold out sweater and these denim shorts from J.Crew. Highly recommend them and they’re on sale! I’ve linked a similar sweater on sale too!

I wore this outfit when I was feeling very bloated and just wanted to kind of hide but also look cute. It’s a balancing act. This oversized sweater did the trick, honestly. And it’s on sale! The pants sadly are no longer on promo but I do recommend. TTS, but the waist is the most snug part of the pants.

It’s that Gap button down again! And some old Madewell shorts — I linked the closest I could find here but I make no promises. Also I love these slides so much but they don’t photograph as cute as I think they are in my head. Is this going to stop me from wearing them? Absolutely not. Also I’ve been tossing on this hat a lot lately. It’s on sale, if you want a cute little canvas look for summer.

This is your typical ‘I’m on my period and I don’t wanna’ outfit. I don’t wanna do anything but I do have to dressed so it’s a biker shorts and large sweatshirt kind of day. Ain’t nothing wrong with that.

I wore this outfit right before I packed up my last month’s Nuuly and bid adieu to this top. I kind of regret sending it back, TBH. I loved her but I just didn’t know if I’d reach for a strapless top much this summer. I have such a love / hate with strapless bras. SO that was the deciding factor but now I have regrets.

I love love this dress! I wore this to Gemma’s ballet recital and to dinner and loved wearing it. It’s not too restrictive and perfectly balanced between loose and fitted. I’m in the 8, fit is perfect.
Also this bag is so fancy but it’s from Quince so it’s under $200!

This is a pair of pants from my Nuuly rental this month. I love this pair of pants and this striped version is sold out but I almost think that’s for the best, if I can be honest. I love the shape / fit / feel of the pants but the stripes feel a bit pajama adjacent. I would suggest the solid ones I linked above! They run generously, the medium is plenty loose. Also I recently peeped my head into a thrift store just to see if I still had it and it turns out I can shop whenever, wherever. I found this vintage tee that matched this pair of pants perfectly and a few other things, too! But since you can’t also thrift this exact shirt I found a few other tees.

Another toss on and go outfit! I love this sweatshirt (wearing it right now as I type) and highly recommend! I’m in the medium, TTS, on sale now too. These shorts I’m wearing are old Madewell but I tried on the Gap ones I’ve linked and they fit the exact same (size up for a looser fit).

Loving this lemon top from Madewell! This outfit is actually from this week 🙂 This top runs slightly more snug under the arms, so keep that in mind. I’m in the medium. The shorts run slightly generous, I’m in the 29.
Corey Lynn Calter Dress | Zara Slides | J.Crew Tote
This dress gives slight pool vibes, but I’m cool with it. I wore it to dinner and felt just fine without a pool nearby. I love how loose fitting this dress is, it just feels like summer. It’s non-sheer and not too short. I’m in the small bc it fits oversized. Comes in lots of prints / colors!

We actually went to shoot this outfit but it was so busy in the area we went to shoot that I chickened out. I can most of the time ignore light passerby’s but it was SO busy we couldn’t ever really get a shot. So instead you get a selfie 🙂 I love this combo, so hopefully we will end up trying again!
I’m in the medium of the top — loose fit but shorter. I’m in the 8 of the shorts, also TTS! The shorts are on sale, too! Under $50 now.

Another Nuuly piece! I’ve been wearing this month’s rental so much, it’s been so fun. This Alex Mill top is from Nuuly and is now on sale. It does run slightly small (I find the brand Alex Mill to run small in general.) I’m in the large and that’s right you are seeing some tightness in the chest. Keep this in mind as you are grabbing your right size! Find this top on sale!
I know you already know this but love this pair of barrel trousers from J.Crew. I’m in the 29, true to size with a snug fit in the waist. Find them here.
