We shot this outfit last week after it had been freezing cold and grey all week long. We got one day of sunshine and I jumped at the chance of not wearing a coat and my lighter weight top I’ve been dying to wear. So if I look cold in these photos…it’s because I am. And you can’t tell but this is a really steep driveway that I’m standing on and my heels are 4 inches. I’m not saying I fell forward immediately after this shoot but I’m also NOT not saying that.
This top is a bit of a different look for me but I love it. I say it’s different because it’s more fitted than I usually am drawn to, but I really love it. (It is nursing friendly if that’s something you are looking for!) It’s a lightweight top so it’s perfect for right now — when some days are warm and some days are still cold. I know we move into spring a lot quicker than the rest of the world down here in Texas but I like to have a few tops that still keep me warm. This top would look so cute with cut-offs as well. So many words to basically say I’m a fan of the wrap top. 🙂
