I realized as I sat down to write this post that I call most of my flowy dresses like this one ‘summer dresses’. It doesn’t matter what season we are in, to me they are summer dresses. You know the ones — easy to slip on, perfect for summer date nights, light enough to not die in the heat. Yes, those kind of dresses. But when it’s not yet summer, it needs a layer with it. Enter this precious baby doll dress. It’s perfect for spring and yes, for summer. Typically I’d throw on a denim jacket, but I found this perfectly paired cardigan and knew these two were meant to be together. Until summer days catch up with me that is.
Also, this is one of the first Free People dresses I’ve found that isn’t showing my booty short. *praise hand emoji* And it fits true to size. You can find this dress in two colors here and the cardigan here!
