Happy Friday, friends! Just a quick outfit post before the long awaited weekend. What have we got on the docket for the weekend? Well, busy — super busy. AKA lots of tv to catch up on. We just started The Crown on Netflix and Veep on HBO, so I’m gonna give you two guesses as to what we will be doing this weekend. (If you guessed something that has to do with a couch, you would be correct.) Which, by the way, if you are looking for something to watch The Crown is wonderful. I’m not quite halfway through yet (I like to throttle my Netflix series when I know there aren’t infinite seasons to binge) and I’m already sad for it to end. I know now how my husband feels about Game of Thrones.
This week’s weather has been a roller coaster (see also this week in general). One day it’s rainy, cold and today it actually just feels like fall. I was afraid we were going to skip this season altogether, but today it feels just right. I knew when I bought this jacket last spring that it would be perfect for fall and I was right. PS — they brought this jacket back and in a lot more colors! I love this one but also this dark purple one, for those who like a little bit of bold with their suede.
The other day I was in need of just a simple white blouse but not a button down and not a t-shirt. This is kind of a conundrum sometimes because most white tops are just that — button downs. And while I love a good button down, I was so excited to find this almost tunic blouse. It works perfect with jeans or tucked in with a skirt. Find the perfect white blouse: mission accomplished. (It fits a generous TTS.)
