I’m on my way today to visit my precious baby niece and take my nephews back to my sister. When dealing with small humans I’ve learned something about clothing: washable is the way to go. So today calls for a cotton dress that can take anything. I am prepared for spit up, spilled juice and whatever else may come my way. Although I draw the line at bodily fluids. My love has its limits.
I’m not hi-low cut dresses biggest fan but I liked how this dress kind of looks like a huge scarf and the way the hem drapes. Plus my husband said I looked pretty enough to date. Which I think is a compliment. Should I tell him we are already married or wait until after the date?

  1. I say definitely wait until after the date to break the news 😉 As the mommy of a to year old, cotton is DEFINITELY the way to go! I haven’t tried the high-low thing yet (they always cut me off funny) but you look gorgeous in this easy dress Kendi.

  3. I agree with your husband!!!! You look perfect in that dress!!! So beautiful!!!

  4. LOL! You are seriously so funny! That last sentence of your post just cracked me up! I agree- you look gorgeous. When I read the title of your post I have to admit I thought, “oh no”. Not another hi-low dress. I’m not the biggest fan either but this is really pretty. I would maybe even wear this one 🙂

  5. High-low is very flattering on you! You look great. Your husband’s comment is too cute! lol

  6. I agree with some others here – you’ll definitely want to wait until *after* your date before you fill him in! Will be much more fun that way 😀

I have a question about your bracelet. Is itadjustable so that you can make it fitted to your wrist? It looks pretty fitted on you. My wrists are quite tiny and bracelets usually just hang from them. Love this one and would love to give it a try! Thank you 🙂

  7. The dress looks great on you with your long legs! Your hair is looking so long and so Kate Middleton here!

  8. Hahaha, “Should I tell him we are already married or wait until after the date?” Love the dress! And good choice on keeping everything washable. Hopefully your love won’t have to see its limits today.

  9. I have a printed hi-lo dress and a denim jacket that I wanted to wear the other day and in my HEAD it looked just like this, but in real life the proportions just did not look right on me. Dammit, Kendi, why do you have to look so awesome all the time?

  10. I am not a high-low fan either but this one is really pretty! I think it is the pattern…

  12. I don’t normally like high/low either… you’re right this one rocks. Went to see how much it was, sold out- DUH. But I wanted to tell you – it looks better on you than it does on the website model. =)

  13. Absolutely love high-low! And the nude shoes are perfect with the busy pattern of the dress. Cute Cute!

  20. I love that dress! It does remind me of a draped scarf, which I love. That does sound like a questionable compliment… I would assume the best. Washable is definitely best when dealing with small humans, LOL!

  24. As soon as I saw that dress, I got a hankering for a high low dress (which I don’t love either – but this one is adorable). Too bad it’s sold out online! And I’ve found with kiddos, the more pattern the better, because it hides things like urine and spit up. And if other people can’t see it, then it doesn’t really exist, right?

  38. Definitely wait until after the date. 🙂 Love this cut on you – I’ve been looking for a high/low dress and haven’t found one that looks right with my body type (i’m petite and they all seem to be low/lower on me).

  42. Yes, but very restricted. In my enjoying "World of World of warcraft," for few decades actually, I do not keep in thoughts which sub-groups damaged was due to the Buy WOW Gold container was set one's human body in . In other terms, even because this team had removed, this was not so serious or memorable. Anti-war is not because of any new weeknesses led to Cheap RS Gold place instable. In terms of the example we developed has never been "soldiers must not be scheduled for the body" as a requirement. From a PVE viewpoint, eliminate the profile limitations, this expertise is still ideal. Now let's take a look at anti-war damage problems.

  43. That dress is beautiful! Such a nice print, and I really like it with the wedges 🙂
I like the rule of washable clothing too, but only because I’m as clumsy as a small child myself, haha!

  57. I love this outift. I always see women in long dresses and fall in love. But then I remember that I am 5’2″ tall and I will most likely look like a hobit. I wonder if the low high might work for me… I get the beautiful flow of a long dress with some leg. I really love this dress. You look cute and sexy all in one package.
