I’ve been a fan of printed pants for a while now. Obsessions have been a heavy theme of this blog. First it was my obsession with my poppy red heels, then colored jeans, and this year? Printed pants.

I literally have to restrain myself when it comes to buying things like this because as we all know when it is a trend, it is everywhere. And typically all the options are good ones. I decided to go with these because they are all the colors of the rainbow which I didn’t have in pants yet because finding rainbow flower pants is hard. But I have to draw the line, so I’m allowing myself *maybe* one more pair this spring/summer. You guys can hold me to that. (Unless I accidentally talk myself into more than one pair, than please go easy on me.) 
Since my printed pants collection is starting to look pretty solid (much like my striped top collection #shame), I figured I’d throw out some options for you. Maybe you are just starting your printed pants collection and I want to help. Why am I so nice like that? Because obsession loves company.

  6. I love how swingy that top is! PS I ordered that crop top from KS Saturday that I told you about…it’s super cute. It is definitely CROPPED though so if you get it you might want to size up because you are taller and bustier than I am. But as long as you don’t do any dance moves that involve waving your arms above your head, you should be fine.

  11. I just joined the floral pants party, and while I’m very excited to wear them, I have no idea what top to pair them with! I love your suggestion of a striped flowy shirt, but what about for those of us who are *ahem* a bit more conservative when it comes to matching florals and stripes? I was thinking a neutral (grey) tank? But would love more suggestions from you!

  112. Wow!! It must be Christmas everyday for you. Do you get all these new things for free from sponsors?? I cant imagine the amount of money spent if u had to purchase all your new clothes yourself. I am not here to judge and you are extremely lucky to have such a nice, tolerant husband to allow you to live in such a way. I enjoy fashion blogs but prefer those that mix up their wardrobe with old and new clothes and give tips on budgeting and still looking cute. You are probably a very nice person, but there is so much more to life then expensive taste in fashion. 🙂 cute outfit BTW.

  115. Caroline, very uncalled for. There is enough negativity out there. Kendi, often shows thrifted items mixed with new. She works harder than anyone I know. Fashion blogs are very hard and draining to keep up. She earns every thread she wears. I am proud of Kendi..never met her, but she’s a jewel, one of a kind..

  120. I got my first pair of printed pants (CAbi camo jeggings) and found out they are pure LOVE!! Usually, tight pants are not my best look (skinny, but not tight), but the all over pattern is a girls best friend!!! Not sure I’ll get anymore, but when you find the right pattern, they hide a multitude of imperfections!!

    I’ve also been through the obsessions: striped everything, polka dot tops (still love those), colored jeans (way too many to count)…yeah, would love to compare our closets…I’d feel better I think 😉

  124. I have those pants and never even THOUGHT about pairing them with a striped top! They really are the BEST pants…you can wear any color top with them and they are the perfect travel pant as well. I wore them on a flight to Mexico and they hardly even wrinkled!
