Well friends, I'm back from New York and I have a bajillion photos to prove it. I was going to force them all on you this morning, but instead I thought I'd ease into it. It is only Monday after all. Get some coffee, answer a few emails, prepare yourself for the photo dump of someone else's trip that's about to happen to you. At least I'm prepping you for it right? That's kind of me.
These were taken while in New York in our hotel lobby. How brazen have I become? Snapping photos on the streets, in busy hotel lobbies. I'm thisclose to getting a shirt that says "i haz a fashun blog?" Just kidding, I already have that tee and I wear it daily.
***
This post is sponsored by the Yotel. Thank you for letting me stay with you for a couple of nights.
If I stayed in a hotel with that couch in a lobby, I would take pictures on it, too. So I don't blame you one bit for your recent brazenness. Also, I love your striped top! And your skirt. And your navy blue wedges. I hope you had a lovely time at Fashion Week!
love that these photos were taken in a busy lobby-you'd never know!!! perfect location to accent your look. can you say all over color blocking pics?!?!? can't wait for all the other pictures!
Love that skirt!! Good for you taking these in a busy lobby...even living in NYC I still get embarrassed to take pictures when there are more than 2 people around! haha
So jealous you got to stay at the yotel - complimentary! That's usually where I stay when I go for work. But would love to be gifted a room for a blog conference. Oh to dream... I'm so sad I missed you at IFB. I was busy over at Lucky FABB but heard you were hilarious and so inspiring. Love this outfit too, super cute!
That is a badass couch! I hope you snuck it into your luggage and brought it home. Considering how many stripes you wear, I think the couch will enhance your outfit on a daily basis.
I completely feel like I have to hide while taking out outfit photos because I have been called some nasty names when people see me doing it! adoredlife.blogspot.com
Haha, love the brazeness, Kendi...so brave! I still cower if I have to take pictures in a place where there are any other human beings. Heck, I don't even like taking outfit photos in front of an overly nosy squirrel. You look fab, hun!
i can't WAIT for your photo dump of NY photos. My husband and I went for the first time in February and I died everywhere we went. I literally took a picture of everything. I'm talking trashcans, bottles of water - it was ridic.
And how could you not pose in that lovely lobby chair? Such a perfect setting for an OOTD post.
The big celery colored leather couch is worth risking some brazen public photo taking. I wanna roll my face around on that couch, it's so cool. I have no idea what that means. I don't normally roll my face around on things...Well, except my dogs. I roll my face around on them sometimes. They're just so soft. PartTimeHealthNut.com
I love the way your outfit pops against the chartreuse! And, I'm so impressed with how brazen you've become! I did outfit photos on the street a few times and got so self-conscious. You go, lady!
You look amazing in these pictures! Please ease us into the photo dump of your NYC trip. You're going to have me packing my bags and moving back to that amazing city!
Love this look! Maybe one day I'll get to your level of boldness with photo shoots, but for now I'll stick to the parking garages! -XOXO- Libby at http://libbysoutlook.blogspot.com/
Ahhh, Yotel is awesome!!! I stayed there when we went to NYC last fall! Very cool to find someone else who has stayed there, most people have no idea what I am talking about when I mention it. Cute outfit as always :)
Very lovely outfit! I like it a lot :)
