Well, well, well. Would you look at this: You and I have the same taste because all of my best sellers from last year are some of my very favorite buys of the year! I don’t like to dive too deep into data or analytics because it messes with my mind and soul, , but it is interesting to look back at what resonated the most with you guys. And I’m so pleased to know that your favorites were my favorites, too! I’ve rounded up the top 10 of 2025 here.
blue sweater | flats | dress | linen pants | brown sweater | crossbody | jacket

Quince Mongolian Cashmere Oversized Sweater

This one coming in at number 1 on the list comes at NO surprise. It’s my very favorite sweater I’ve ever owned. It’s soft, it’s perfectly oversized and it’s weirdly flattering. It’s 100% cashmere, fantastic quality as well. I don’t think you can go wrong with any color, but I am partial to this blue. I wear the medium and it’s a forever favorite. This sweater is over $100 at $119, but for the quality and fit, I do find it very worth it.

Clare V. Grande Fanny Crossbody

This little crossbody comes in at number 2 for 2025 and I get it, but I was surprised! I bought this bag back in 2022 and it has been a favorite since. It’s one of my favorite handbags ever, especially for spring and summer. I always look forward to bringing this bag back in when the days get a bit warmer, as the rattan kind of calls back to a woven summery tote. However, if you want a more year round, any of the black or brown leather options work too! Clare V. is more expensive, but the quality is unmatched. You wouldn’t know that I’ve had this bag for over 3 years now even though I’ve given it so much wear. I would recommend Clare V. as a leather bag to anyone, they hold their value well and the quality is long-lasting. As far as storage, this one can carry the necessities — phone, keys, small wallet, a little bit of makeup, too. I also loved taking this whenever I travel, it’s the best hands free bag.

Sam Edelman Kasey Suede Flats
At this point I am going to retire the ‘no surprise here’ line because I will be saying that for most things on this list and it will be repetitive. But I will say how pleased I am that you guys liked these shoes as much as I do. When I found them I just KNEW they were going to be my everyday shoe. They go with everything and are so so comfortable. I only bought them in October, so the fact that they’re third on this list means you really liked them, too!
I find them to be true to size fit and widen a bit with wear, as the suede is very soft.

Quince 100% Linen Wide Leg Pants

Okay actually slight surprise here! I didn’t realize how much you guys loved these pants last spring. I will say that Quince has my favorite sweaters and my favorite linen pieces. I think that they truly shine the most in those two categories. This pair of linen pants has a nice structure linen that’s non-sheer and really great quality fabric. The waist is drawstring / stretchy which is really what pushes them over the edge of greatness for me. I believe I have the medium, they’re true to size! If you are looking for a spring staple, this is your pant.

Quince Denim Chore Jacket

This jacket sold out fast last spring but I have good news (yes, 9 months later…) it’s back in stock! So if you liked this jacket but couldn’t get your hands on it, now is the time! I like this cut of jacket for spring because I’ll never get over wearing a denim jacket, but this style / cut feels new and different. It’s easy to layer under as well. I have the medium and it runs true to size! It’s in full stock AND they’ve brought back a nice dark denim for this year, too!

Quince Bella Relaxed Straight Jeans

I’ve tried a few different fits from Quince and this one is my favorite thus far. The fit on these is a nice cross between a wide leg and a straight leg, it’s not quite straight and definitely not a wide leg. Plus the high rise waist is comfortable for me and I like the longer length (I get the 30 inseam!) I do size up in Quince jeans across the board — I find the waist to be more snug for me. I like size 30 in their jeans, no matter the fit! This pair does have stretch for comfort, but does not stretch out. Oh and they’re $50, which is amazing.

Quince Linen Midi Dress

Now this dress was gifted from Quince for a spring campaign, but I needed up loving the cut so much I bough this same dress in black, too. I just knew this was going to be a well worn piece through spring, especially in a class black. I will be wearing this black linen dress a lot this spring, I just know it. Hands down what I like best about this dress is the fit, especially for an hourglass figure because there is plenty of room (the straps are adjustable) for bigger boobs and then it pulls you in right at the waist too. It’s incredibly flattering. This dress isn’t exactly seasonal right now, but come spring it’s a great dress to have around. (I like the fit of the large the best, as fits my chest well!) I find Quince’s linen pieces to run just a bit snug, but overall if you aren’t in between sizes you’d be fine in your ‘true to size’ size.

Mother ‘The Hustler Roller Sneak’ Jeans

I was on a denim journey last year after I had lost some weight and really cleaned out my denim collection. It’s also been a journey for retailers with denim, too. After the skinny jean collapse of the 2020s, I feel like we were all collectively trying to figure it out. Wide leg came on strong but the first few years of wide leg styles were not great on me. But I can honestly say, wide leg was perfected last year and this pair of Mother denim GOT IT RIGHT. Now these were my best sellers from the Nordstrom Anniversary sale, so these were on sale which makes sense why they were such a good seller. Typically Mother denim is $250, but I believe these were on sale for around $170-180. So I get why they sold so well!
If you’ve never bought Mother denim, I can tell you why they’re expensive: the fabric is amazing. They’re incredibly flattering and they last forever. A lot of their denim has this lightweight stretchy fabric, that still holds shape and structure while also hold you in. That’s why they’re so flattering. This pair is one of my favorite fits because of the high rise waist and the snatching fabric. I wear a 29 in Mother denim with stretch and 30 without stretch, just FYI.

Madewell Dean Easy Straight Jeans

Another pair of denim I absolutely loved last year (and will continue to this year!) is the Dean Easy Straight Jeans from Madewell. I hope they continue with this fit because it’s incredibly flattering and so easy to wear. This is another pair that isn’t a skinny jean but more of a wider leg straight jean. The high rise, button front is also really flattering especially if you have a rounder waist. I found myself wearing these most days as an ‘everyday’ denim. They lean more casual and worked very well with my suede flats above, if I do say so myself.
I sized up in these to a 30, as I found Madewell sizing to be inconsistent last year.

Quince Cotton Fisherman Crew Sweater

I’ve said this before but Quince has the best sweater and the best cashmere sweater. But don’t sleep on their cotton options, they’re some of my favorite ones to wear. I have this sweater in a navy, too and it is so cozy and versatile. I size up in their cotton because I do find they tend to shrink a touch in the wash, as cotton tends to do. I like a size large in this sweater! Also their cotton options are incredibly affordable! So if cashmere isn’t your vibe, try their cotton options, most are under $50!
