I knew immediately when I bought these pants that I wanted to pair it with this striped sweater. Well…kind of a sweater. It’s a sweater knit, but it’s not sweater weight, so would we call it a sweater? Sweater-ish. Anyways, I had this outfit in mind and it went exactly how I planned — this kind of retro look with the slight flare of the jeans (even though they swear they are wide leg) and the stripes of the shirt. I just love when an outfit comes together in my head and then in real life. This doesn’t always happen, mind you. Many times it’s only good on paper, not on person. But when it works, you better believe we grab the camera and head to the nearest alleyway.
