Last week flew by! We’ve been weirdly busy this summer and honestly I wasn’t expecting that. I was thinking we’d have a slow lazy summer but I’m surprised that it’s already end of June! We are packing up to head to NYC this week and I’ve been running around trying to get everything prepped. It has been a minute since I’ve traveled like that and I’m kind of out of practice. So hopefully I still know how to pack because as of this post, I have 24 hours to get packed.
Friday | Errands + WFH
This has been my go-to outfit lately, mixing two very right now trends with the loose eyelet tank and boxer shorts. I love this combo, it’s easy to wear and feels very on trend.

I think I was subliminally inspired by Taylor Swift for this one. And let me tell you, I loved this outfit. I didn’t know if the vibe was going to be casual or dressier and this outfit was perfect for the vibe. Whatever it was. My tank is from Quince and for $50 it’s the perfect tank. (I size up with their silk, FYI.) And this pair of pants is hands down my favorite purchase this year. They’re loose but also very tailored, it’s the best option when you need to dress up but don’t wanna.
Sunday | Father’s Day Brunch

Easy peasy outfit for Father’s Day! I love this top but I’m turning it back in (I rent from nuuly!) I loved it but ultimately decided it’s a return. PS: If you haven’t jumped on the denim skort train, girl you are missing out! I’ve linked a cute similar one above!
Monday | WFH
I love this little top, even though it is a cheap thrill I’ll admit. I’ve worn it more than I thought I would, I think it’s the butter yellow hue that I’ve been so into this year.
Tuesday | Lunch with friend

Love this dress from Anthropologie, makes me feel like a lady who lunches. I mean technically on this day I did do that, but you get it. I’m in the large and it fits like a glove.
Wednesday | Coffee w/ friend + shopping for trip

We are headed to NYC this week! I haven’t taken a trip in a minute and I’ve forgotten how much prep it takes! I’ve been running around trying to get everyone ready. Also if you’re wondering why I’m in a mid-week dress up it’s because I have so many dresses right now. Might as well wear them! This cotton dress is easy to wear and comfortable so it was a perfect errand dress.
Thursday | WFH
Silk Shorts | Tee | Sandals | Purse | Sunglasses
I got my grubby little hands on these silk shorts that I’ve had sitting in my cart for a month. I wanted the cream ivory hue but I waited too long and they sold out. However, plot twist — I actually like this mauve hue better. (I’m in the large, I size up in silk.)

After months of seeing you endorse butter yellow, I finally picked up a top in that hue. Lo and behold, it worked beautifully. Congratulations on a successful pressure campaign.
