Well, well, well look whose post was supposed to go live on Friday, but alas, it did not. So this is technically a last, last week, hence the ‘ish’. No accurate timelines around here, only vibes.
Would you be upset if there were 2 WIWLW-ish posts this week? Asking for a friend, who looks a lot like me.

Saturday, soccer game
lululemon top | similar skort | NB Sneakers | Hat
This outfit needs no explanation or well maybe it does? I mean it is a purple skort after all. I’m just over here matching my skirt to my kid’s soccer team colors. A friend told me I looked like a cheerleader and I 100% agree. Unintentional cheerleader at its finest. Side note: ignore my mess in the lower half of the photo. They’re just ghosts of outfits past.

Saturday, errands
Gap tee | Gap Jeans | Adidas Sambas | YSL Crossbody | Aire Sunglasses
I can’t quite remember what we were doing this day, but this outfit is such a simple and cozy look. I can’t believe I’ve bought into wide leg pants so much this season. Maybe it’s just the few that fit me well, but these work well and are flattering, too.

Sunday, date night
Quince sweater | Madewell skirt | similar flats | J.Crew Bag
I copped this outfit from my Quince try-on earlier last week. I LOVED how all the blues played off of each other, so gorgeous. It’s still a little warm for a sweater but I didn’t mind in the a/c. By the way, I’m finding myself reaching for this skirt a lot, since I’ve bought it. A little navy goes a long way.
PS: this sweater in THIS color is back!! Find it on Quince here. AND my bag is an extra 60% off! Find it here.

Monday, drop off, gym
Gap sweatshirt | lululemon leggings | amazon socks | new balance | quince tote
I read an article about how leggings are dying and I’m pretty sure this outfit is my subversiveness coming through. Like hell they are. I will admit that I get annoyed by generic, over-reaching articles like that; leggings not dying, nor are they dead. I know I said the same thing about skinny jeans and here I am in wide leg after wide leg, but there is something about a pair of black leggings that feels timeless to me. Long live the legging.
Ps: My sweatshirt is on sale at Gap today!

Monday, WFH
Madewell sweater | Gap Jeans | J.Crew Loafers | Madewell Purse
Monday, after the shower edition. I’ve been wearing this sweater 100% more than I did last fall. I think it was just a season too early for me because now I love it. Or maybe this is the right season for it, either way I highly recommend. (I’m in the medium.) Also, these barrel jeans from Gap are such a good find and for under $100!

Tuesday, coffee with friend
Lioness blazer | alo crop top | lululemon leggings | Schutz flats | quince tote
I told you I meant it when I said ‘long live leggings’. This is my lululemon leggings and a blazer and I will not apologize for it. I quite like this look, actually. It was a repeat from an outfit from 2021 that I’ve always loved, so I repeated it with different pieces. I love this blazer — highly recommend if you want a loose, oversized blazer. I’m in the medium.

Wednesday, lunch date / work @ coffee shop.
Madewell Jacket | Cord shorts | J.Crew Boots (Similar) | Madewell Tote
Funny thing happened with this outfit, as I borrowed these shorts from my pre-loved shop! (They’re still listed by the way.) Can one borrow something from oneself? I suppose only if they speak about themselves in third person, which Kendi does. The corduroy on the lapel matches the shorts perfectly. Both Madewell but 3 years apart. Long, lost sisters.
Love this denim jacket from Madewell. I’m in the medium.

Thursday work, coffee shop
J.Crew Barn Jacket | Gap Linen Shorts | Gap Tee | J.Crew Loafers | Quince Purse
This was a build your own kind of outfit — I knew I wanted to wear the jacket but it’s just not cool enough yet. So I went with some linen shorts and a tee because I knew this outfit would still look okay on its own, without the jacket. Love this jacket by the way! Still not on promo but the minute it is…

Friday, WFH.
old Mango Top | Gap Jeans | Madewell flats (similar) | Madewell Tote (similar)
These jeans again! I really love them. I’m in the 29, fit is true to size and they loosen with wear. This is a top from last fall from Mango (I found a few left here!), but I’ve found a very similar one at Zara!
