Sweater Weather

We got these photos in before the arctic blast hit today. I think most of you people call that winter. We call it apocalypse here in Dallas. I can’t tell you how many people I’ve heard complain because it’s actually cold enough that you absolutely have to wear a coat today. COATS in NOVEMBER?!?! is pretty much the thought of everyone today. This is supposed to be prime patio weather and when you take away our patio weather here, the world might as well be ending. For me of course I’ve been wearing a coat ever since it got below 60 degrees. Any sign of a season change and I’m there with the right pieces and matching accessories. 
But for now I will focus on the crisp and sunny fall day from these photos. And as much as I love a matching coat, I also love the days that are just cool enough for a sweater and no jacket necessary. I’m truly a fair-weather weather fan.

  4. two things… 1) those pants are killer, love them so much. 2) as much as i love your blog, please please please stop with the white on white background photos! it's impossible to see what that top looks like when there's a white wall behind it. the skirt and sweater shots from yesterday, and the amazing white jacket shots from a few days ago were very similar. hope this 'criticism' is taken as constructive 🙂

  11. So I really like those pants and those shoes. If only the shoes had a strap, though…they'd be perfect. (I'm scared I'll be walking and the shoe will fly off my foot!)
