I feel like because I get to see styles before the next season when buying for bloom, I really to see what trends will be next. And snakeskin has been subtly sneaking in there this fall. You probably haven’t noticed it because as loud as the print is, it has been done in chic and subtle ways. As I was “window shopping” online the other day I just kept running into piece after piece with this python print. (I call it window shopping, my husband calls it trouble.) So if you are into fake snake, I’ve picked out a few of my favorites just for you.

Essie now has some python-print nail polishes out! It comes with this magnet thing that’s supposed to raise the metal of the polish. Haven’t tried it but it looked cool.
I feel like a shirt is the only thing I could pull off in this print. It isn’t my favorite…I could wear leopard all over! I think you have snakeskin jeans, am I right? You can pull them off, of COURSE!
Python print is my favorite “animal” print by far. While it can be bold, it can also be done very subtly.
I have those Sam Edelman boots and I must say, they are my favorites! They are so comfy & match with so much. Such a great investment piece.

I’ve been slowly liking “snakeskin” more and more, lately. I don’t why I’m all of a sudden interested, but hey, I’m not complaining. I love the clutch and the fitted tee 🙂

I have a little problem when it comes to python – I love it! It can so carefully toe the line of vulgar/trashy to the utmost elegance. What other print does that so easily?! (Ok…so maybe zebra and leopard print do…)

I love the ring! I’m not a HUGE fan of the print but I do appreciate its beauty. I think it would be great incorporated more subtly, as you mentioned. I definitely can see this as the new fall trend… We shall see!

I’m more of a faux leopard gal myself, but I see no harm in adding another creature’s outer layer to my wardrobe. Diversity.
I’ve never really been a fan of snake print. More drwan to leopard print but I do like the first top.
