I’m all about comfort these days — and by these days I mean NOVEMBER THROUGH FEBRUARY. This is comfy season. I don’t make the rules, my friends, I just play by them. And I’ve been loving seeing all the ‘sweat sets’ everywhere. That’s what I personally call matching sweatpants and sweatshirts — The Sweat Set. Two things I actually never sweat in because if you’re sweating while wearing this on the couch, that just means your house is too hot. Let’s be honest — the sweat set blurs the lines between pajamas and real clothes. And for that reason alone, I want to wear one every single day.
That’s the thing about style right now, everything leans toward comfort which is perfect for working from home. For me, I go in and out of looking cute each day vs. looking like I just discovered the outside world, so finding the balance of casual and cute is my goal. A cute matching sweat set gets the job done. This one is from Amazon’s line so it’s super affordable. I am in the medium of each piece. I would say the sweatshirt fits a bit more relaxed but is true to size. I am in the medium of the pants, they have more stretch than the sweatshirt but true to size.

I often buy sweatpants and sweatshirt randomly so I have no matching set. Love this black one.
You have did such a great combination of black outfit with denim jacket and white sneakers.
Such a cute and classic look! I always feel a bit sloppy in sweat sets– I think the reason it looks so chic here is the neutral color and the closer fit. I’ll have to give it a try!
