I call this my running errands for last minute gifts outfit. or AKA all the things I forgot and then realized I’ve got t-minus 5 days. The panic is ensuing at this point. I always make a plan around Thanksgiving with gifts and what to give who and when to ship what, etc. but for some reason I always forget something or someone. I would love to say ‘not this year’ but that would be a cold, hard lie. I’m the definition of last minute.
But the good news is while I’m inside panicking, I look like I’m calm and cool on the outside. That’s what I like about these shoes — they just look like I have my life together. (A garbage person’s dream shoe, no?) They are classic as they come and comfortable, which is a nice bonus because I would have probably bought and wore them even if they hurt like hell. Why? Because I’m a sucker for a pretty shoe. But these held up to my running around all day. A keeper for sure.
Oh and I know we are all deep into gifts right now, but just throwing this out there — this cashmere  turtleneck is on major sale. Just throwing it out there…

Love your loafers! How true to size do they run? They look amazing on you, but I’m afraid they’ll make my size 9 1/2 look like boats.
