A few notes before you shop:

• A lot of Rebecca Taylor is on sale — which surprised the hell out of me because she is one of my favorite designers right now. I love the dress shown as well as this embroidered one, both could work now or later. Oh and can we talk about this sweater? Dead.

• This Equipment dress was one of my very favorites from last winter (you can see my post here). I have it in slate grey but love the shorter length and the navy for this fall! Such a great update to a cold weather staple.

• A LOT of good denim is on sale. These AG jeans are adorable and probably won’t last long. That’s a really good destroyed knee. #fashiontalk I also love the look of these Frame Denim jeans, I’ve been wanting to try Frame for a while now and might just take the leap with the sale going on!  All denim on sale here.
• Sunglasses are usually the lamest category within the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, but this year I was excited to see some designer shades on sale! Worth looking into if you’re in the market for sunglasses!
• Suede will be big again this fall and there is a ton of it real and faux in this sale. I’ve bene wanting a Vince Scuba jacket for years now and this suede one is beautiful. If you are looking for the faux counterpart, this Chelsea28 version is adorable and would take you straight through fall and next spring. I also love this suede skirt from Kate Spade New York. I see you going edgy, girl.

• Last but not least jackets are coats are aplenty. I’m seeing lots of easy silhouettes which are perfect to take a chance on now because classic is always in. I loved this military look or this classic navy coat. Can not go wrong with classic! Shop all anniversary sale coats and jackets here.

• I said that was last, but I lied. I’ll do a post on my favorite beauty products as well as athletic wear, but Zella is on hella sale (that was too easy, I couldn’t resist) and it’s my favorite brand of athletic wear from Nordstrom. Shop all athletic wear on sale here.
