A lady today at Starbucks stopped me and just said ‘Festive!’ If this was later than 9 am, I would have said something like ‘Thank you! Merry Christmas!’ But instead what came out of my mouth was ‘festive!’ Right back at her. Just like a weird robot, I echoed her. She did what any normal human would do and walked away quickly, trying to forget what happened. I then realized that I am dressed like a human version of Christmas day. My subconscious love for Christmas is obviously coming out a bit early. But I don’t mind one bit. Festive it is. I will happily match my Starbucks cup to my scarf, lips and boots. Is it too much? You’re damn right it is. Am I going to stop? Never.

It is from J.Crew but last year ? I’ll look around to see if there are any more with the bright shades!

This is the kind of festive I can do! I don’t celebrate Christmas so I try to avoid overtly Christmas-y dressing, but I like dressing for the season! All the red is just fine with me!
