I have different favorite things for each season and for spring it is definitely shoes. Specifically heels. If you’ve read KE for long, you know my love for heels, even if my knees don’t always agree with that love. I love a good spring sandal or heel, especially a nude one that I can pop on with anything and wear. Like these ones  — they work with jeans, dresses or yes even a romper. Multi-tasking at it’s finest. (Quick note on this romper: it makes me want to go on vacation immediately but since we can’t, I did settle for a date night on the patio. The waiter did not, however, oblige when I asked for an umbrella for my drink.)
Since heels are my specialty, when Nordstrom asked me to pull together a few of my favorite spring heels, I of course, took this task very seriously. Stilettos are serious business. A few of my favorite stilettos from Nordstrom for spring:

  1. I like the shoes so much, in fact fall in love with them! But, under this playsuit I’d prefer a converse or a ankle boot and the colors get a bit stuffy instead of being fresh in such a spring weather! Anyway, the playsuit is beautiful and so you are!

  2. This is why I love your blog….I have legs pretty much exactly the same as yours (shape/length) and I always think I can’t wear shorts because, well, “because”…..but you look *amazing* in them…..then I sort of convince myself that I might be able to and remind myself that I’m probably at least a good decade (and a bit?) older than you (although I perhaps don’t look it, on a good day, with the light in the right direction etc etc…!)….and I think no, it’s a look for a younger woman…..but then you look *so damn good* that I may just end up thinking ‘what the hellsies, I’ll go for it’…..that’s what I love about your blog…..your fashion is so relatable, you give me the confidence to want to try…..thank you!!!! [Would be amiss of me not to say ‘fab heels!’ too….!!!]

  3. This is a perfect spring outfit! I actually only wear heels in the spring and summer. I just feel awkward wearing them in the winter, because the odds of falling on ice are quite high when you suck at wearing heels like I do.
