I’ve never been dress for the holidays kind of girl (Valentine’s and Christmas excluded.) But this year, I thought why the kelly green not? This is of course lime green and mint green, not the traditional green worn in honor of St. Patricks day. I choose these colors mainly because I don’t have a lot of green in my closet, as I discovered this morning. And also because my husband said that I couldn’t buy these just for one day a year. Sometimes his pragmatic way of thinking can be stifling.

  3. I'm sure these photos are translating better on newer screens, but your photos always look overexposed on my 2007 HP. Just thought I'd let you know.

  4. Kendi! I love this so much, the different shades of the green make this so chic, and it doesn't scream "Hey, look at me and it's St. Patrick's Day!" Though, that would be fun and dandy too!

  5. I wore mint green today, too…totally by accident. I don't have much kelly green either. But I think Ireland should officially change St. Patrick's day green to mint green, don't you?

  8. I think this non-traditional take on St. Patty's day is totally refreshing. Doesn't hurt that your lime top has me thinking of spring…

  9. I love these colors! I am so happy you didn't go with the traditional St. Patty's Day green. It's not very flattering.
